Opening times

If you become ill and your GP surgery is closed, there are several options available to you.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Monday evenings 6:30pm to 8:30pm for booked appointments only. If you require emergency treatment during extended hours, please contact 111.

GP Extended Opening Hours Clinics

We would like all patients in our community to be able to see a local GP or Nurse when they need to. We have set up a network of GP Practices across the region offering extended opening hours for pre-bookable routine extended access appointments.  The GP extended opening hours service operates between 6.30pm to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and allows patients to be seen within a network of GP Practices at a convenient time and location, depending on availability.

Urgent problems when the surgery is closed

For the out of hours service please phone NHS 111 on 111. (Please note that most telephone calls to the emergency centre are recorded to monitor standards of service).

In a medical emergency dial 999 for immediate paramedic assistance. 

Surgery Hours

The surgery is open 8.00 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). 

Extended opening hours are provided on Monday evenings 6.30pm to 8.30 pm. These are for booked appointments only. No emergency provision is available during this time at the surgery. 

The Surgery is open every 4th Saturday for pre booked appointments, no emergency provision is available on a Saturday morning.
